This message is saying that the recorded nominal sensitivity number,
proportional to system temperature, is in fact very large so that the
scaling for antenna 8 is very small.  Those data will be flagged (as
they probably should be).  This should not delete all of IF 2, just
antenna 8.  You can examine the TY table to see what is recorded
there.  The "TSYS" column is for the VLA the nominal sensitivity.
