from the info you've given us it appears that the frist calibs are
calibrating the phase and amplitude on your two flux calibrators.
Then it wants to start calibrating your phase calibrators, crashing
on the first attempt. Have you looked at the scan listing of your
data (LISTR, optype'scan') ? Does it start with your phase calibrator
and does it show more than a few visibilities in a scan longer than
about 20 secs? If not, you may need to run INDXR and/or UVCOP to get
rid of the first dummy scan
#I've included the output from the AIPS_MSGSRV_1. Can you point me in the
#right direction as to how to get it to run successfully?
