[daip] Help with FILLM

Hi,

I am having trouble loading some data into AIPS.
The data were just obtained from the archive this morning.
Can you help out?  It has been a little while since I've done
this (~2 years) but not that long!! I'm being dense and missing
something really obvious I suspect.

Here are the error messages I'm getting:
