AIPS Memo 110, which describes the use of DELZN, claims on p8 that
aparm(2)=0 implies to use a 3 term polynomial to describe the zenith
delays. The help file says that aparm(2)=0 means don't fit for the
zenith delay. When Fred followed the Memo 110 advice and set
aparm(2)=0, he got an output file with zeros in the columns for the
zenith delay, so the help file is right. Can Memo 110 be corrected?

Cheers,

Craig
