Thanks for the explicit suggestion on the code and you are right:

FLAG ABOVE/BELOW go through all allowed baselines and flag based on the 
data of those baselines and so make an explicit list of baselines to be 
flagged.  But the TIM and POINT **and** AREA ones flag depending only 
the the displayed edit baseline and so need the extra interpretation of
FLGANT(2).

The full source name is available from the object and that will be the 
default name when the source list is either of the form A, ' ' or
A, A.  When the name passes through OBJECT it gets shortened to 8 
characters.

A bug - pre-existing FC tables are not applied - was also fixed by 
having it do REDO FLAGS initially in that case.

Fixed with tomorrow's MNJ.
