[daip] 31DEC08 UVCON error

In the 31DEC08 version, task UVCON fails for me with the error
POISSO> UVCON2: CATOPN: ACCESS DENIED TO DISK*** FOR USER  170
POISSO> UVCON2: ZABORS: signal 11 received
POISSO> UVCON2: ABORT!

The 31DEC07 version I have (from toward the end of last year) works just 
fine.  For the record, I did not update it with the midnight job after 
changes may possibly have been made to the task by Leonia.
