[daip] problems with (copied) AIPS upgrade

Your .tchsrc should do a

setenv AIPS_ROOT whatever
source LOGIN.CSH

or your .bashrc

export AIPS_ROOT=whatever
. LOGIN.SH

Then all will be known perhaps.

After this cd $SYSLOCAL and do a

ls -laF 

and make sure that aips points correctly.
