Take a look at the LISTR 'SCAN' output. Are the times many many days
plus the hours minutes seconds? This can happen when FILLM is given a
REFDATE or when FILLM is run on multiple files simultaneously with
data that are many days apart. The recording of time in floating
point days is inaccurate if there are many days and this is the
circumstance in which this error seems to arise.
