Yes, indeed, you are correct, details are shown in my previous e-mail.

The reason why I wanted to be able to apply PC data is that we try to 
avoid doing global FRING in MOJAVE. All our sources have accurate 
positions. All VLBA telescopes have great clocks and positions. PC data
take care of the (variable) cables, etc.
Troposphere/ionosphere is not a problem at 15 GHz...
