[daip] FILLM confused about array config

  I've noticed on a couple of VLA datasets recently that the array config
written by FILLM into the AIPS-file history is wrong.

e.g.,
      1  FILLM / Image created by user 1777 at 11-DEC-2008   17:22:14
      2  FILLM OUTNAME='20081025    '   OUTCLASS='C BAND'
      3  FILLM OUTSEQ=    1   OUTDISK=  1
      4  FILLM INFILE='HOME:GB067.xp'
      5  FILLM NFILES=    0
      6  FILLM BAND = 'C', QUAL =     0,  CALC = '    '
      7  FILLM VLAMODE ='  '
      8  FILLM / Control program ID =
>>   9  FILLM / VLA conf. = D


this was A array.
