[daip] problem with VLBAPCOR

Hi Matt,

Hmmmm, very odd.  The only thing that has changed in VLBAPCOR is INTERPOL='self' 
in CLCAL.  If that isn't the problem then it is PCCOR.  Could you look and see 
if your SN tables from PCCOR are different in the two versions (overlaying them 
in SNPLT, would be sufficient)?  That would give me a clue to where the bugs is.
