[daip] problem with VLBAPCOR

I've noticed some unusual behavior of VLBAPCOR in the 31DEC07 and 
31DEC08 releases, I'm
enclosing two possm plots for dataset BC077B (the same problem has 
occurred in other datasets
as well). The first one is the result of running VLBAPCOR with the 
31DEC05 version, the
latter is the 31DEC08 version. Notice how the phases are not aligned 
correctly for the
FD-HN baseline in the 31DEC08 version (POSSM_2.PS) but are correctly 
aligned in the 31DEC05 version (POSSM_3.PS).
