If the flag tables syas to flag if 1 channel 3,4,5 at some time then
they are marked "bad" in UVCOP.  If channels 1,2,6,7 are not so marked
or IF 2 is okay or ... then the "sample" is still copied but those
channels should no longer appear in plots.  Having run CLIP at 0.4 Jy,
you should see no points above 0.4 Jy in UVPLT if you have done
everything correctly.  Note for example, if you docal=-1 in clip and
docal=+1 in uvplt all bets are off (or vice versa...)
