[daip] Problem with CRSFRING

Is this being applied as a patch to 31DEC06, or only in 31DEC07? I'm 
using the former. Typically  I don't install the development version 
until later in the year, for stability reasons in reducing our 
multi-epoch project data.  Can
I compile the new BLAVG code myself for 31DEC06? I've forgotten the 
procedure.
