[daip] Problem with CRSFRING

Hi Matt and Tuomas,

There was an error in BLAVG where it multiplied the visabilities by the weights 
twice.  Uncalibrated weights are ~1, calibrated weights are ~1e-5.  So, if the 
weights were calibrated then the visabilities became very small.  I fixed this 
bug, but since I don't have polarization data and am not sure what the correct 
results should look like could one of you test the new version.  It should be in 
the system tomorrow.
