[daip] FILLM Help

Hi,

I am currently trying to import my VLA data into AIPS.  When I try to
import them with FILLM I get the error that my file does not exist,
however it is there and I do have the right privileges.  This is the error
I get:

The file is in my AIPS_ROOT/FITS/ directory so I am confused as to why I
can't load it.  What have I missed?
