[daip] problem with data from archive

The two sessions were observed with different parameters and have
succeeded in confusing FILLM.  Run FILLM with NFILES=0; NCOUNT=2.
Then run it again with NFILES=2; NCOUNT=3.  In both cases,
DOCONCAT=-1.

The two sessions will have to be reduced separately.
