[daip] problem with data from archive

Me too.  The message seems to suggest that FILLM is trying to append
CL data (33 columns) to a file with only 22 columns (e.g. SN table).
Are you running FILLM with DOCONCAT true and could it be pooointing
somehow at an inappropriate file?

I notice that the day number is 11 above - it is not a good idea to
combine data over too many days.  The time do not get recorded with
adequate accuracy although 11 may be okay.
