[daip] AIPS help needed

Hello,

I had an AIPS problem occuring on my computer, and am wondering if 
anybody could help me on that.

So I had the latest AIPS installed a couple months ago, and used it to 
reduce some VLA data. It worked perfectly. However, when I tried to 
start it today, something weird happened. After I typed aips, the XAS, 
TEKSRV and MSGSRV windows opened up one by one. Then MSGSRV window just 
suddenly disappeared, followed by the disappearance of TEKSRV window. 
XAS is normal, no error msg poped up for me, and I was asking for 
putting in the user ID number as usual. Could anybody tell me what might 
be going wrong with my aips? Any help will be truly appreciated!
