When you ran VLACALIB did the CALSOUR or CALCODE select only 3C147 and not the other calibrator? You can check this by plotting the SN table from VLACALIB with SNPLT (on the TV is quicker). A TGET CALIB may show the problem adverbs... Eric Greisen
