Yes, I know that they were the permissions until a few minutes ago - I
am trying to force them not to be but that may mess up the whole setup
here.  I thought that you were compiling your own - certainly the
messages you sent last Friday suggested that.  Of course, this affects
other sites too.

I guess the solution is to chmod u-s TPMON* after the rsync's each
night.  I have added that to the mnj prep jobs.
