[daip] FITS format

Hi Eric,

Thanks very much for offering to look at this. Attached is a uvfits file 
from a simulation with 26 antennas. It loads into miriad OK.

I think the symptom that Shep was seeing was that the file was loading 
into AIPS, but all the data were zero.
