[daip] VLANT problem

Hello,

    I'm trying to apply baseline corrections with VLANT, but find that
it crashes with:

LOCALH> VLANT1: TFETCH: CANNOT FIND COMMAND wget
LOCALH> VLANT1: Trying curl instead
LOCALH> VLANT1: TFETCH: curl OF DATA FILE FAILED
LOCALH> VLANT1: ERROR    2 OPENING FILE FOR YEAR 2007
LOCALH> VLANT1: Purports to die of UNNATURAL causes

   I last MNJ'd about four weeks ago...am I failing to find the
updated positions because my ftp is set up incorrectly?  This worked
for me with 2006aips, but not anymore.
