[daip] CALIB: problem with TABIO?

We strongly recommend copying a 2 FREQID data set down to one FREQID
in each of 2 data sets.  It is not necessary or advisable to slit up
the IFs under ordinary circumstances.

The error above comes from reading the index table and suggests that
it has a format error (it claims to have more rows than it actually
does).  You could check this with INEXT='NX' and GO PRTAB.  In any
case, it is simple to EXTDEST the NX table and GO INDXR on the file to
make a new NX table.
