CL tables are attached only to multi-source files assumed to contain
both calibrator and target source(s).  If you think you need to do
standard calibration, use the task MULTI to turn the file into a
multi-source file.  Then INDXR will make a CL file.  But if it really
is single source, then standard calibration does not apply anyway and
all you can do is a self-calibration which works without CL tables in
single source files.
