I have put back a revised SAD which uses the IN2NAME image intimately
to make sure that S/N is above cparm(i).  When the 2nd image is
specified and dparm(9) >= 2, the noise image must match the input
image in size and coordinates.  The adverbs CPARM, ICUT, DPARM(1 and
3) change units to be S/N rather than image units in this case.  The
fitting is still done in image units of course.

This version is available in 31DEC07 aips after midnight tonight.
