The subroutine CHKORR was added to FILLM recently to examine a code
bit that is uspposed to indicate whether the data are correlation
coefficients (planned for the new control computers) or have already
been scaled by a measured Tsys (the old ModComp system). FILLM will
do the scaling in the future. CHKORR sets the needed flag and insures
that all telescopes are the same. Unfortunately, the old ModComp used
this flag a bit differently to separate thise data scaled by measured
Tsys from those scaled by a constant approximate Tsys (used for
telescopes thought to have something wrong with the Tsys measurement).
For a short period of time after the upgrade of FILLM, we continued to
observe with the measured Tsys turned off in a few bands/telescopes.
This leads to the message you got, but to no other difficulties other
than some uncertainty in the gains. That could matter if the Tsys on
source and on the calibrators were significantly different (e.g. L
band in and out of the Galactic plane). I think it was off only at
high frequencies where it should not matter.
