[daip] SPLIT problem (fwd)

SPLIT was confused when a source was not found and could, under some
circumstances, lose track of DOCAL, DOBAND, DOPOL, and DOBL.  Then, as
you found, the data would be emitted but without calibration.  The
error was found along with reasons for the some circumstance (should
have been virtually all the time).

If you are running 31DEC06, you may run a MNJ right now or fetch the
patch for SPLIT.  If you are running 31DEC07, you may run the MNJ
after about midnight today Mountain Daylight Time.
