[daip] CLCOR and the ATLBA

Hi All,

I just had a look at the CLCOR code and I think it probably does the right 
thing for ATCA/ATLBA (though I note it seem to want to convert data to RH 
while CVEL converts data to LH which seems odd to me).

However I guess that the handling of CLCORPRM(7) meridian may be wrong. I 
would guess that ATLBA ad probably ATCA should use  Greenwich meridian for 
X-axis.

Sean: Maybe it would be worth hacking CLCOR to force  PARM(8)=0
