[daip] problem on starting tv

Dear Eric,

    It works now after I rebooted the laptop(it's a ibook G4, Mac machine).
An interesting thing is that I have shut the computer down yesterday and 
booted again this morning and it failed to start the tv. Anyway, I will 
try reboot first next time, and thank you so much for the help!
