[daip] trouble with the AIPS

This is a totally unimportant error. When aips starts, before it has
your user number, it must use some number to issue messages. It
chooses number 1, the aips manager, for these default messages. If no
one has ever started aips on the machine as the manager, then there
will not be a message file for number 1 and you will get the error
message you received. If you want to suppress the message, start up
as user 1 one time. It has a password AMANAGER by default.
