[daip] aips 31DEC07 -- missing MSGSERVER etc

eric, alas, i'm running out of time to sort this one out today. based
upon the september bug fix you mention, it appears that i should
definitely get 31DEC07 up to date first though--i will pick up there upon
the conclusion of the holiday. meanwhile, i definitely wanted to thank
you again for the assistance you offered today as well as warn you that
i'll almost certainly be seeking your advice in a couple of weeks time.
