[daip] data archive: do i need an in2file?

I wonder if the the VLAOBS is typed correctly - I think the leading 0
is incorrect.  Try setting REFDATE and VLAOBS to blank.  They are not
needed when you have an exported disk file as you do and REFDATE can
mess up your data by making the times negative or large (which loses
accuracy).

The IN2FILE is provided with aips and is not an issue unless some
data are found - but the default file is fine for VLA data.
