[daip] AIPS: RECAT problem

Hello Eric, 
  Thanks for your comments. 
  Your guess is correct. The AIPS is installed in an outer harddisk,
the DATA directory is owned by 'root' account. Some catalog files 
got messed in this case. Now the problem is fixed, I just copied 
the files to a directory with full 'write' authority.
