[daip] AIPS: RECAT problem

I have no good idea.  Check the permission on the directory pointed at
by $DA01 and on the file in that directory named DA01:UVD002001.1JR;

What operating system are you using?  Is it possible that this
directory is read only or the files in it owned by e.g. root?
