Can you tell me what inputs you used to PCNTR?  It should work fine if
the 2nd image is of fractional polarization and the 3rd image is of
angles.  These are produced with COMB acting on the Q and U images and
the the fractional polarization is produced by an additional COMB
divide.

In KNTR the roles of the various INnNames are slightly different but
it should also work with any sort of image with matching geometry
controlling the length of the vectors.
