     Note this error.  It takes time for the Inet socket to clear
after you exit.  Note that one can say RESTART rather than exit and
change to a new user number.  This reduces problems with servers
coming and going.

    Check the inputs to mcat and ucat.  Perhaps USERID is set to
something other than 0 or 2500.
