FLATN knows nothing of the uv data and nothing about the noise in the
individual images other than what you tell it in the NOISE adverb.
You should use something like

IMSTAT; pixstd=pixstd/6; go imean

to determine the noise values in each image.  They will be recorded in
the headers.  Then use those in the NOISE adverb to FLATN.  Maybe
FLATN could be smart enough to look for that keyword in the header -
but all images would have to have it.
