[daip] VPLOT undocumented feature.

I've long wanted the stokes='rrll' option in VPLOT but have assumed it is
not there since it is not a listed option in the help file.  But it is in
SNPLT and I just ran a VPLOT without resetting stokes and I got both
polarizations.  Great.  Now I suggest mentioning in the help file that
'rrll' is an option.
