[daip] BPSMO

I ran BPSMO on a bandpass table with quite a few bandpass solutions.
The input table spans a day boundary. I asked for a BOXCAR average with
24 (second try 48) hours. The output table has 2 rows for each antenna.
The first row is the average bandpass, with a time at the beginning of
the first day. The second row has NANs for weights and INDE for data
points. Is this expected? Is it handled correctly when the table is
applied? It doesn't seem right.

If this is not the expected behavior and you need a data set to play
with, I can provide it (same as the data set involved in the recent
CLCAL message - but I had not done the bandpass work by the time that
TASAV was done).

Cheers,

Craig
