The transcript you sent suggests that you told it  not to do INSTEP2
and INSTEP4.  Therefore the necessary compilations have not been
done so the empty LOAD area is no suprise.

I am suprised that there is not .AIPSRC file in your home area.  You
know of course that files whose names begin with . do not show up in
an ordinary ls but only in an ls -a?  The install.pl cannot function
without making such a file.
