[daip] more problems with 31DEC05

It would seem that the library is not in the $LD_LIBRARY_PATH.  There
is a command (I always forget its name) that will show you what
libraries are required by a load module.  Compare your 31DEC05 and
31DEC06 - also check the $SYSLOCAL  If there is an RSYNC.ME file
present then it thinks that the load modules require a path for the
libraries that we sip with aips.  If you are now recompiling locally,
perhaps that file will need to be renamed or deleted.
