i like the new DOFLAG parameter, but the printed output is a bit less than might
be desired in terms of a summary. here's an e.g. from a run i just did:

CALIB1: Fraction of times having data > 4.0 rms from solution
CALIB1: .04923 of the times had 0 - 2 percent outside 4.0 times rms
CALIB1: .05231 of the times had 2 - 4 percent outside 4.0 times rms
CALIB1: .09846 of the times had 4 - 6 percent outside 4.0 times rms
CALIB1: .22462 of the times had 6 - 8 percent outside 4.0 times rms
CALIB1: .20615 of the times had 8 - 10 percent outside 4.0 times rms
CALIB1: .20000 of the times had 10 - 12 percent outside 4.0 times rms
CALIB1: .07077 of the times had 12 - 14 percent outside 4.0 times rms
CALIB1: .00308 of the times had 14 - 16 percent outside 4.0 times rms
CALIB1: .00308 of the times had 16 - 18 percent outside 4.0 times rms
CALIB1: 4835 flags added to the output FG table version 3

now, this is extremely detailed and nice in terms of understanding the
distribution, but what i *really* want to know is "what fraction of data were
flagged"? i think that should be printed as well, rather than making the user
calculate it...
