[daip] Minor bug in VLBATECR

Hmmmmm, it tries to do the right thing in such circumstances.  I suspect 
the problem is that your last scan is long and starts on the previous 
day, as VLBATECR just checks the start time on the last scan in the NX 
table.  This is a bug, I will fix it.  I would like to look at your data 
and can't get at it today (your office is locked and I can't download it 
from the archive because the VLBA3 disk is still broken).  So I will fix 
it on Monday.
