Looks like your GC and TY tables are not merged.  You either need to 
load the data with VLBALOAD or run VLBAMCAL after you have loaded the 
data with FITLD?

This is not an uncommon problem maybe I should add this to VLBAFIX, 
rather than having it in VLBALOAD.
