I have a small experiment, where I only want to do an opacity correction with APCAL just for one station  (EFLSBERG),
other stations should not be fitted, as they have not enough Tsys measurements.

I discovered a possible problem with APCAL when doing opacity solutions (OPCODE    'OPAC' or  'GRID', or 'GRDR')
and DOFIT =0, or 1. 

Everything runs smooth in version NEW, but APCAL fails in version TST. I tried to edit the Tsys table, but could
not detect any extreme outlier.
