[daip] High Sensitivity Array at 512 Mbps

We're thinking about changing the High Sensitivity Array from 256
Mbps to 512 Mbps.  This will require two passes on our correlator,
and hence more use of VBGLU/VBMRG.  Is this documented
adequately in some appropriate place in the Cookbook or its Appendix?
