Data directory names are required to have the host name (in caps)
within the name.  Note that we have > 100 computers running from a
single aips installation - the DADEVS procs select those that match
the host name (plue those with a + sign and any other hosts specified
with a da=name command line argument).

The host name must appear in the name and that is what install.pl
tries to force on you.  Note that install.pl does not even write
$NET0/DADEVS.LIST if it pre-exists and does not create the directories
you specify for data.
