The DOBAND 2 option abruptly switches from one BP table to the next
with no interpolation whatsoever.  This is fundamentally a
discontinuity.  It should do nothing really bad except apply a BP that
is old to one record and a duifferent bp that is too new to the
adjacent one.  This could have bad consequences.  I guess I should
look harder at what you sent to see if there is something beyond that
happening.
