Hi Catherine,

Sorry it took me so long to respond but I've been busy with RS Oph (;)). 
  Ummmm, it sounds like you have bad D-terms on a few antennas.  You 
could try looking at them and see if there are some obviously out to 
lunch or you could try flagging groups of antennas (this is easier with 
the VLBA since there are only 10) and see if that makes a difference.
